Type: Full-Time; Significant travel with occasional overnight is required; May require occasional overtime, including evenings and weekends
Hiring Range: Total Compensation Range is $55,000 - $70,000 annually (including $45,000-$50,000 base plus $10,000-$20,000 quarterly bonus potential)

Our Financial Services Team works with advisors to identify life, disability, and long-term care insurance solutions for clients’ risk management strategies. As a Regional Consultant, you are responsible for brokerage sales activities including direct personal contact with independent insurance agents and brokers, insurance consultants, financial advisors, and insurance carriers.
What Our Regional Consultants Do:
Develop and Maintain Relationships: establish and retain strong, positive relationships with current and potential clients as well as relevant carrier partners; assist agents/brokers by determining the best carrier and coverage options; identify and resolve agent/broker concerns and problems
Drive Results: accompany agents/brokers on sales calls to explain product and carrier alternatives; communicate new product information and provide training for agents/brokers to assist them in selling business; evaluate agent/broker effectiveness to determine marketing priorities; exceed sales goals by increasing volume of business
Stay Current in Industry: successfully obtain relevant Life and Health Insurance licensures and other professional certifications; engage with professional organizations
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent of success in insurance sales/marketing
Valid state driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as it relates to positively influencing and persuading others
Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Teams); knowledge of databases
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image
