Job DescriptionSummary:Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery.Provide program/project schedules and status reports. Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented. Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required.Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project.Candidate must be familiar with managing silicon design projects.Desirable for candidate to have experience with managing analog/mixed-Signal IP.Candidate should be familar with tracking project through execution phases, milestone reviews, negotiation collateral and deliverabls with internal SoC Customers, and rolling up common indicators for tracking silicon design health.Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: BA in engineering or related degree is required to be eligible for this role. Disqualifiers: Candidates with industry mismatches or no silicon design experience will not be eligible for the role. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:Any type of design or analog or mixed signal silicon IP design. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on:How quickly they can understand and start tracking program scheduled. Coordinating tracking sessions between engineering and program management teamTop 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience Minimum 3-4 years experience with Basic program management techniques- Gantt chart, waterfalling, etc. Minimum 3-4 years experience with ***, excel, *** project, one note, Power BI Minimum 2 years experience with Silicon engineering
