Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in an outpatient pediatric setting.
In this role, you will
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs
Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on data
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments
Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs
Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
Model treatment strategies through direct client work to ensure fidelity and skill generalization
Requirements
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable)
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
