Here's what your role encompasses:Flight Operations & Safety LeadershipConduct aircraft operations in accordance with Flight Operations Manual and company policiesLead assigned flight crew in all operational duties and provide mentorship to First OfficersMaintain current proficiency and competence as required crewmember on assigned aircraft typeExercise operational control on behalf of the Director of OperationsEnsure compliance with flight/duty time limitations and rest periods per established policiesClient Experience & Service ExcellenceDeliver premium service experiences that exceed aircraft owner and passenger expectationsFoster outstanding client business relations through professional, friendly, and efficient response to travel needsCoordinate client requests for itinerary changes with Operations Control CenterEnsure seamless preflight briefings and in-flight service that reflect Jet Access standardsMaintain professional appearance and demeanor that represents our brand excellenceAircraft Systems & Maintenance CoordinationReview Flight/Maintenance logs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordinate with maintenance personnelEnsure preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing accomplished per established policiesDocument engine trend monitoring data as requested by Maintenance DepartmentVerify current manuals, charts, and equipment are on board aircraftCoordinate with maintenance personnel for accomplishment of required maintenanceRegulatory Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all flight, aircraft, and passenger records are completed accurately and timelyPerform duties of Ground and In-flight Security Coordinators per 40 CFR 1544.215(b-c)Ensure crew and passengers have valid documentation for international travelConduct international arrivals and departures in compliance with applicable regulationsEnsure no unauthorized personnel manipulate aircraft controlsStrategic Growth & Special ProjectsComplete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access's continued growth and successParticipate in safety management system initiatives and continuous improvement programsSupport fleet standardization efforts and best practice developmentContribute to training programs and mentor development for junior crew membersRepresent Jet Access professionally at company events and client interactionsEvery flight is an opportunity to demonstrate our core values of "Safety First" and "Relationships Matter," ensuring that each client experience reinforces why Jet Access is the premier choice in private aviation while maintaining our positive, growth-oriented culture.What will make you successful:Required Skills & Experience:ATP Certificate requiredCurrent First-Class Medical Certificate3,000 hours total flying time1,500 hours total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time500 hours Multi-Engine PIC time250 hours PIC time in CE-525B type250 hours Turbine PIC timeCompleted initial or recurrent training in required CE-525B type within preceding 12 monthsWorking knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91Valid state driver's license and passportAbility to pass background check and drug screeningCommitment to Jet Access's valuesAdditional Qualities That Will Make You Successful:Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulationsExceptional client service mindset with experience serving high-net-worth individualsStrong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilitiesOutstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skillsComputer proficiency with word processing, email, web-based, and mobile applicationsPassionate attention to detail with ability to work effectively in team environmentProfessional appearance and demeanor suitable for premium client interactionsAbility to anticipate client needs and deliver service that exceeds expectationsExperience with international flight operations and customs proceduresCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentJet Access Group and affiliated companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
