**Job Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, including residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, possess excellent customer service skills, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. **Duties** - Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms. - Perform thorough housekeeping management tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility. - Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all areas of the facility. - Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored in a safe and secure location. - Work in a team environment to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned to the highest standard. - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. - Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. **Requirements** - Experience in housekeeping management and residential or commercial cleaning. - Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). - Experience with floor care equipment and techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Experience working in a hotel or similar setting. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. - Familiarity with custodial practices and procedures. - Ability to sanitize and clean surfaces effectively. - Experience with cleaning products and chemicals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Valid driving license and ability to travel to different locations. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
