Compensation: $72,000 - $83,000
Days in Office: Primarily in office (Beverly Hills); open to hybrid after probationary period
Candidate Summary
This is an urgent, direct-hire opportunity for a senior-level Litigation Legal Assistant to join a fast-paced litigation practice. The role is best suited for a highly accurate, self-directed professional who can step in immediately, manage multiple attorneys, and handle complex litigation support with minimal ramp-up. Candidates will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation matters and step into a critical support role with immediate impact.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Senior-level litigation legal assistant experience (mid-to-large law firm preferred)
Proven ability to independently support multiple attorneys
Extensive California and Federal court e-filing experience
Expert calendaring and docketing skills with zero tolerance for errors
Milana experience preferred; Compulaw or equivalent acceptable
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including complex document formatting
Trial preparation experience (exhibits, binders, TOCs/TOAs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Role Overview
Provide high-level litigation support in a fast-paced environment
Prepare, revise, and format complex pleadings and legal documents
Manage calendaring, deadlines, and docketing with precision
Handle California and Federal e-filings
Assist with trial preparation and maintain organized client files
Support multiple attorneys simultaneously
