Workers' Compensation Attorney

Responsibilities:ResearchAttend hearingsConduct and defend depositionsDraft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondenceQualificationsKnowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in navigating workers' compensation benefits processesProficiency in Claims Handling, Claims Management, and understanding of legal documentationFamiliarity with Insurance policies and procedures related to workers' compensationStrong Customer Service skills, including communication and client advocacyJuris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in CaliforniaMust have at least 5 years of experience in CA workers' compensation defense.
