What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments in home health settings under the direction of an Occupational TherapistSupport patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobilityAssist in improving strength, coordination, balance, and functional independenceDeliver care focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and quality of life improvementFollow infection control, safety, and universal precautionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams???? What We're Looking For Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licenseCurrent CPR certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationHome health or skilled nursing facility experience preferredExperience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred but not required????
