We look for curious, forward-thinking people who are ready to explore how AI can elevate their work and help us reimagine the future of HR.Essential Job DutiesAs a Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and partner success across BambooHR’s Marketplace and Platform partner ecosystem. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact partners, lead business development conversations, set strategic revenue growth goals to execution, and partner with our Marketing team to co-manage sponsorships and strategic marketing initiatives that align with BambooHR’s go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly contribute to growing partner-attributed revenue, increasing deal flow, and strengthening high-value partnerships.You Will:Own and drive revenue growth across your category-specific partner portfolio, with a primary focus on increasing rev share, pipeline, and co-sell performanceDevelop and execute strategic revenue plans for each key partner, including clear targets for lead generation, deal influence, and closed-won revenueDrive partner accountability to revenue outcomes, ensuring partners are actively contributing pipeline and aligning to mutual growth goalsLead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and forward-looking revenue strategyOwn and expand monetization levers within your portfolio, including co-selling, listing optimization, expansion plays, sponsorships, and pay-to-play opportunitiesCollaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives that generate measurable pipelineCreate and drive innovative exposure and enablement strategies to increase partner visibility with BambooHR sellers and improve partner attach rates in dealsServe as the subject matter expert (SME) on your partners’ solutions—clearly articulating their value, use cases, and differentiators to internal teams to support deal successMonitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI across all monetization streamsMaintain a deep understanding of your category landscape, including key players, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to inform partner strategy and prioritizationWhat You'll Need to Get the Job Done:You have 4–5+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or HR tech, with a strong track record of driving revenue through partnershipsYou have experience owning and growing rev share relationships, partner-sourced pipeline, and co-selling motionsYou are highly metrics-driven and comfortable owning a revenue number, with experience reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and partner-driven revenue impactYou’re a proactive and creative thinker, constantly identifying new ways to drive partner engagement, exposure, and monetizationYou’re confident leading strategic, revenue-focused conversations with partners and influencing outcomesYou excel at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to unlock growthYou’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes ownership of resultsWhat Will Make Us REALLY Love You:Familiarity with partner tiering models, joint business planning, or co-sell frameworks.Experience working with any CRM and PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Crossbeam, Euler, etc.).Ability to build data-informed partner strategies and communicate ROI to leadership.Strong understanding of the HR tech/payroll or SaaS integration ecosystem.What You'll Love About Us:A Great Company Culture that has been recognized by multiple organizations like Inc, and Salt Lake TribuneComprehensive health, life, and disability insuranceGenerous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life401k plans with up to 6% company match$2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonusEAP through HeadspaceCheck out all our benefits that benefit you
