Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Software Projects

NO SPONSORSHIP - NO OPTIT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERSALARY: $127k - $147k plus discretionary bonusLOCATION: Chicago, ILHybrid 3 days onsite minimum BS degree, prefer PMP, 7 years minimum project management experience managing large enterprise projects - software implementations infrastructure stand-alone applications, mobile, web. large enterprise experience large consulting firm ERP HCM Supporting accounting finance human resources all core IT functions Ai tools like smart sheet, core IT, Asana, for legal teams Microsoft suite they are a large global law firm AI security azure windows CICD terraform it governance azure/DevOps, ARM bicep ITSM ServiceNowStrong infrastructure experience supporting enterprise environmentsProven experience delivering user-facing, enterprise-wide software implementationsBackground in large enterprise organizations, ideally:o Large consulting firmso Large corporate environments with complex stakeholdersRecent, hands-on project management execution experience is criticalo Consistent day-to-day delivery over the past 4 5 years minimumAbility to contribute immediately from an execution standpointFocused on delivery and implementation, not primarily:o Strategic leadershipo Program managemento Portfolio-level oversight -Strong infrastructure experience (hosting, data centers, cloud, network, security initiatives)-Experience leading user-facing, enterprise-wide software implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM)-Solid understanding of how systems are built, hosted, and secured, with the ability to partner closely with ITRequired Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, 5 of those years focused on IT related projects.Experience with various types of enterprise related IT projects to include enterprise software implementations, infrastructure, stand-alone applications, mobile or web development.Bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent work experienceAbility to manage 4 7 projects simultaneouslyPMP certification preferredExperience in law firms or top IT/professional services environments preferredDemonstrated experience contributing to process and methodology improvementsDemonstrated knowledge and execution of project management practices, tools and methodologies, including an appropriate project management tool (Smartsheet, Asana, Planview, Microsoft Project, etc.)Experience with transactional systems, particularly in the accounting, finance or human resources functional areas as well as core IT functionsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the Duties and Responsibilities (Duties) above satisfactorily and meet the requirements below.
