Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.Location: Doral, FLResponsibilitiesManage execution of assigned Work Orders from kickoff through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesTrack cost, schedule, and performance to ensure successful deliveryIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate resources across technical and functional teamsLead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are metPrepare status reports and performance updates for Government stakeholdersEnsure compliance with contract requirements and DoD acquisition policiesSupport continuous improvement efforts across project deliveryRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience managing DoD projectsExperience managing full project lifecycles in a federal or DoD environmentExperience tracking milestones, schedules, and performance metricsWorking knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and contract compliance requirementsExperience using Agile methodologies in a project environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsDesired Skills And ExperienceExperience supporting IT, cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, or mission systems programsExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in complex environmentsExperience with performance reporting tools and dashboardsExperience working in regulated or classified environmentsCertificationsRequired: Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Scrum Master CSM, DAWIA Level II in Program ManagementClearance RequirementMust have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
