Apply via Dice today!Role: Actimize DeveloperLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 12 months with extensionEmployment: W2Interview: Single Round (Virtual)Exp: 7+Focus is our vendor product ( cards product commercial ), Nice actimize is the company which makes this product which has been named as Actone(leading risk case manager) and it is used for case mgt tool in financial space , used in banks as financial crime tool to process their alerts from various system and interact with central treasury dept. They have 2 products (one is Actone and one is STAR)both are java related web application .As per day to day goes they currently have a system which is in production , the main focus will be BAU and enhancement and some customization .This team is divided into 2 streams -one is DataStream (work with ETL)and another is core app team which has offshore team & looking to add 2 resources in onsite so overall the team consists of 12 members .Must Have Would prefer someone with min 6 years on Actimize (either look for java with actimize or actimize developer)Actimize OneAct oneStarSQLDevops -CICD/JenkinsLinux/windowsOracleAWSthis role is 50% support , 30% configuration and 20% development Configuration module (Ac1 designer /Visual modeler)Validate draft metrics with domain owners to ensure they drive intended impact and business value.Define and document authoritative data sources and calculation logic for in-scope metrics to ensure consistency and trust.Support metric lifecycle management, ensuring metrics are clearly owned, governed, and maintained over time.Evaluate the readiness of metrics by verifying ownership, source integrity, and analytical soundness before they are implemented by engineering.Help guide insights and recommendations derived from the developed metrics.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risk areas in metric definitions that could lead to downstream rework or misinterpretation.Enable scale and reuse by establishing repeatable patterns for metric definition, validation, and analysis across domains.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field not including any internships.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python.Tools: Expert experience with visualization tools (AWS Quicksight) and proficiency in cloud-based data warehouses (AWS). Proficiency in Google Workspace (advanced Sheets, Drive, Docs).Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.Communication: Proven ability to establish and maintain clear communication channels withdiverse stakeholdersStakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build relationships to effectively validate metrics and manage ongoing data needsStrategic Thinking: Ability to bridge data findings with program strategy to drive desired outcomes.
