We are currently seeking a licensed, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service / Customer Relations Representative to join our team. If you have your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or a desire to learn more about the insurance industry, and enjoy helping clients manage their insurance needs, this role is perfect for you!As a Customer Service / Customer Relations Representative, you will be a key resource for our existing clients, providing expert assistance with their insurance policies across property & casualty as well as life & health lines. You will handle policy servicing, answer coverage questions, resolve billing and payment inquiries, and ensure clients receive timely and accurate support. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide clear communication will enhance client satisfaction and retention.Key responsibilities include:Provide exceptional service to existing insurance clients across Property & Casualty and Life & Health linesRespond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage, claims, billing, and paymentsAssist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other servicing needsHandle payment processing and resolve billing questions or issues efficientlyCollaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to address client concernsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systemsEducate clients on insurance products and coverage options when appropriateIdentify opportunities to support cross-selling efforts and enhance client protectionEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company policiesQualifications:Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses or ability to obtain licenses.Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related rolesExcellent communication skills verbal, written, and listeningDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficient with CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectivelyCustomer-focused, patient, and professional demeanorBilingual - Spanish speaking a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary plus performance-based incentivesPaid time off including holidays and sick leave401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plan with company matchSupportive work environment with opportunities for professional growthFlexible scheduling.Why Join Our Agency?We value our employees and clients alike, fostering a culture of respect, learning, and teamwork.
