Used Truck Sales Representative
Are you passionate about trucks and enjoy building strong customer relationships? M&K Truck Centers is seeking a friendly, motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Used Truck and Trailer sales operation based in Des Moines, IA.In this role, you’ll sell used trucks and trailers from our Des Moines inventory while also having access to inventory across all M&K locations nationwide. You’ll work with customers in all states, leveraging phone, digital tools, and social media to drive sales—no travel required.M&K Truck Centers is among the largest stocking dealers in the U.S. and a leader in used truck volume, offering you strong inventory, brand recognition, and opportunity.What You’ll DoSell used trucks and trailers from the Des Moines store and companywide inventoryConnect with customers through outbound calls, lead follow‑up, and prospectingGrow new and existing customer relationships through consistent, personalized serviceAssist customers in planning and projecting their commercial truck needsPromote and sell extended warranties and value‑added solutionsHandle sales transactions, contracts, and customer orders professionally and accuratelyConduct cold calling and follow up on inbound and outbound leadsSupport marketing efforts through social media engagement, photos, and videos for website listingsCoordinate reconditioning and readiness needs with internal teams and external vendorsAddress customer questions and resolve concerns to ensure a positive buying experienceWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsGoal‑oriented mindset with a passion for customer serviceAbility to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups effectivelyExperience with trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, or automotive sales preferredBilingual skills are a plusCDL preferred but not requiredComfortable working in an in‑office, phone‑based sales environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive uncapped commissions and benefits package, including an ESOP program.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
