AIML Engineer

Work Location: Philadelphia Remote, or Hybrid? – Hybrid but should be flexible to travel on a need basis We have two positions Senior AIML Engineer and a Data Scientist. Manufacturing is preferred but not that critical Relevant project experience Certifications (Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) Required Core Skills Azure AI & Machine Learning • Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry • Strong hands-on experience in Copilot Studio • Deep experience designing and deploying LLM-based solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation) • Azure OpenAI integration • AI lifecycle management and responsible AI practices • MCP Data Engineering • Experience data ingestion using Data Fabric • Expert in Azure SQL Database data ingestion Cloud Architecture & DevOps • Azure cloud architecture design • CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) • API and microservices integration • Containerization (Docker preferred) Highly Preferred • Experience designing RAG architectures with vector databases • Knowledge of embeddings and semantic search • Integration with Power BI • Familiarity with Purview or similar governance Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder communication • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable AI architecture • Experience leading technical design sessions • Comfortable working in evolving innovation programs
