Agentic AI Developer (Python & AI)

- Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems solutions, preferably in financial services- Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock etc- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture- Hands-on experience on designing solutions using agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel and AutoGen.- Having experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns- Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP.- Proficiency in any of the software development languages Python, Java , C# etc.- Work Experience with cloud-based services and designing/building on the cloud, especially Azure;- Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Design and developing Agentic solutions.- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
