Take walking tour throughout the building multiple times a day.Make contact with each departmentOrientation of New Hires:Obtain list of new hires from Hiring Center and Contingent Partners via emailMeet and greet new hires in the lobby.Verify ID’sCheck off list of expected attendeesPerform I-9 (Section 1-2) for each new associate.Perform Orientation/Safety/Hazmat TrainingPartner with OPS supervisors about assignments of new hires and department trainers.Administration:Microsoft Office Suite experience is requiredRecording and communicating orientation rostersArrange for trainers in each department / Assign new hires to departmentsNew Hire communications to HC and contingent partnersUpdate orientation calendar and orientation rostersVerify D#’s for each new hireRecord and create Hazmat and PIV licensesPIV training scheduling and licensingScheduling and tracking associate cross trainingTrainer developmentCreate and update SOP’s for departmentsVisual training aid creationDaily recaps sent to training leadershipClick here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $21.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
