Our work environment includes: Casual work attire Flexible working hours Lively atmosphere On-the-job training Responsibilities · Smile, be friendly, greet and welcome customers with aloha · Help customers to understand our menu, patiently answer their questions · Make and serve delicious, beautiful soft serve treats · Accurately process cash and card transactions · Protect the health and safety of all by maintaining a clean and sanitary operation · Help teammates, assist new team members to learn store operations Required Attitudes · Positive, smiling, friendly, helpful towards customers and teammates · Hard-working, responsible Desired Prior Experience & Skills · Food-handling and kitchen operations for ice cream store, fast-food or restaurant · Sales transactions using Square POS (or other POS): accepting cash and card transactions, making accurate change, voiding and reversing charges, issuing gift cards, etc. · Basic math and English fluency Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Work Location: In person
