The PTA will provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering care in accordance with approved treatment plans and patient-specific goals.This role requires strong independence, organization, and the ability to manage a home health caseload throughout the South Bay region.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement physical therapy treatment plans in patients homesProvide therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the supervising PTDocument all patient interactions and treatment progress accuratelyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team membersEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniquesMaintain compliance with agency, state, and federal regulationsRequired QualificationsActive California PTA License (in hand at time of submission)Minimum 2 years of PTA experience – REQUIREDHome Health experience – REQUIREDBLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross required)Ability to meet 50-mile travel requirement
