Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Pelvic Floor Location: 2400 W. Dunlap Ste 145. Phoenix, AZ 85021 Incentives: Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Mon 0 Fri (3 evenings until 6 pm) Compensation: Salaried ($78,000 - $100,000) pending experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team.
