Logistics Operations Associate

About the Job DT Logistics is hiring a Logistics Operations Associate to help run the daily flow of orders in our warehouse. This is not a desk-only job and it is not a warehouse-only job. The right person will be comfortable working on a computer, using our internal software, managing order details, and also helping with picking, packing, and light warehouse work when needed. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and hands-on. You do not need to know our system before starting, but you do need to be comfortable learning software, following processes, and paying attention to small details. What You’ll Be Doing Review and manage incoming customer orders Use our internal software platform to process orders and update information Print shipping labels, packing slips, and warehouse documents Make sure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly Check order details for accuracy before shipment Communicate with the warehouse team about priorities, issues, and special instructions Help with receiving, returns, inventory checks, and order exceptions Pick and pack orders when extra support is needed Help prepare packages for carrier pickup Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Good basic computer skills Ability to learn new software systems Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment Willing to help wherever needed Reliable, responsible, and punctual Good communication skills Able to lift and move boxes as needed Experience That Helps Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required: Warehouse operations Order fulfillment Shipping and receiving eCommerce Inventory management 3PL or logistics operations Customer service or operations support This Job Is a Good Fit For Someone Who Likes a mix of computer work and hands-on work Does not mind switching between tasks during the day Cares about accuracy Can follow procedures but also think through problems Wants to be part of a small, growing logistics company Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told every small step Requirements Basic computer skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the day Reliable transportation to Norwood, MA English required Hebrew is a plus About DT Logistics DT Logistics provides warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, returns, and storage services for eCommerce and retail businesses.
