Since then, we’ve experienced rapid growth and are looking for ambitious and driven consultants to join us on this exciting journey.You’ll be joining a small, dynamic team led by our Associate Director, helping to further develop and expand our Legal Marketing & BD recruitment offering within the US market. You’ll be working with an existing client base of highly impressive and prestigious law firm clients, leveraging strong relationships that have been nurtured and developed over decades. About the Recruitment Consultant role: As a result of our continued success and growth, Ambition is seeking proactive, consultative, and driven Consultants or Senior Consultants to join our expanding team in New York.We offer exceptional career progression opportunities and are committed to our team’s development - many of our current management team started out as Consultants and have since progressed within their roles to become current and future leaders.
