Full-Charge BookkeeperOn-site – Seal Beach, CAKaiser & Bonds LLP is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Seal Beach, CA. We are a boutique accounting firm specializing in tax advisory and compliance services for business owners, private equity and real estate funds, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices across a range of industries.We’re looking for a seasoned professional who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, lead complex cleanup projects, and collaborate closely with our tax team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes ownership of their work. What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clientsHandle account cleanups, record financial transactions, and complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsFinalize year-end financials and support tax preparation activities, including data entry, document organization, 1099 processing, and sales tax reportingProvide support to the tax team during peak periods to help ensure deadlines are met and filings are accurateDevelop, document, and maintain accounting policies and procedures, and establish internal controls to safeguard financial data and reduce riskProvide payroll services/support for small business clientsCarry out additional responsibilities and special projects as needed What We’re Looking For3+ years of bookkeeping experience (Required)3+ years of QuickBooks experience (Required)Solid familiarity with tax preparation processes and workflowsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to maintain high level of confidentialityAttention to detail and high level of accuracySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and proactively research and resolve issuesU.S. work authorization (Required) What We OfferJoin a firm that values integrity, high-quality client service, and professional growth.
