Job Description Seeking an experienced sales person with a positive attitude, team orientated mentality, and work ethic. Candidates must have experience working with current technology and software. They should also be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent organization and communication skills. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are preferred. Candidate needs a minimum of a high School diploma or equivalent.1-3 Years of retail experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities" Greet customers with a smile, and learn their furnishing needs." Search our catalogs and offer recommendations based on needs and budget." Generate sales and create leads from online messages, phone calls, texts and in store walk ins." Offer customers current sales and promotions." Answer questions regarding the store and furniture." Open and close cash registers, count money, and balance cash drawers." Learn company policies." Calculate retail prices and create sales tags." Process cash payments, credit card payments, and finance/leasing contracts." Organize and maintain customer records on CRM & QuickBooks." Recognize security risks and thefts, and act accordingly." Maintain a professional image."
