Pediatric Dentist Associate – We’re looking for a warm, positive, and kid-loving Pediatric Dentist Associate to join our fun, fast-growing pediatric dental office! Our ideal teammate enjoys making visits enjoyable for children, connecting with families, and working closely with a fantastic team.What You’ll Do   •   Provide gentle, high-quality pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, restorative treatment, and extractions.   •   Use age-appropriate behavior management to help kids feel safe and comfortable.   •   Talk with parents about treatment plans, prevention, and keeping smiles healthy.   •   Work closely with our assistants, hygienists, and front office to keep the day running smoothly.   •   Follow all safety, sterilization, and documentation standards.What We’re Looking For   •   Pediatric dental specialist (DDS/DMD + pediatric residency).   •   Someone who communicates well, loves working with children, and brings a positive energy to the office.
