What You’ll Do Build meaningful, trust-based relationships through thoughtful conversations with prospective clients. Educate individuals and families on solutions that help protect them financially, including our unique Money Back plans. Use Salesforce CRM to stay organized, track client interactions, and ensure a high level of care and follow-up. Listen closely to client needs and provide personalized solutions that truly make a difference in their lives. Who We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys working with people and making genuine connections; sales experience is a plus, but not required. A strong communicator who can clearly explain coverage options and help clients understand how to fill gaps in their health protection. Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage relationships and deliver consistent support. Confident with warm outreach and able to build trust quickly through empathy and professionalism. A natural leader with a heart for service and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
