Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Real Estate Settlement Processor located in California, MD. The Real Estate Settlement Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing loan and title documents, coordinating with lenders, realtors, and clients to ensure timely settlements, and managing the end-to-end settlement process. Daily tasks include verifying mortgage lending requirements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction throughout the transaction. Qualifications Experience with Loan Documents and Loan ProcessingKnowledge of Mortgage Lending practices and proceduresStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficient in relevant software and technology used in real estate settlement processingPrior experience in real estate settlement or legal support is a plus
