Embark on a career that fulfills more than just professional goalsit transforms lives every day.What You'll Do:Clinical Operations & Patient FlowPlay a key leadership role in shaping exceptional patient experiences by overseeing multidisciplinary specialty services such as Women's Health, Pediatrics, Chiropractic, and beyond.Oversee daily clinical support operations, including staffing, clinic readiness, patient flow, and workflow adherence.Ensure exam rooms and shared clinical areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.Coordinate EHR messaging, provider support, and patient follow-up, including no-show rescheduling.Provide operational coverage during assigned on-call weekends.Staff Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and supervise clinical support staff through daily guidance, 1:1s, quality observations, and performance feedback.Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical support team members.Conduct quality huddles and partner on performance management and corrective actions.Inventory, Medication & Safety OversightOversee clinical and medication inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and timely reordering.Promote quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites.Ensure adherence to organizational policies, clinical protocols, and all HIPAA, HRSA, state, federal, and accreditation standards.Why You'll Love Working Here:Impact: Every day, you'll make a significant impact on our patients' lives, leading efforts that go beyond healthcare to ensure community wellbeing.Growth: We support your professional development through continuous learning and opportunities to grow within Evara Health.Recognition: As part of our team, your hard work will be recognized and rewarded, contributing to your professional fulfillment and job satisfaction.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.Completion of one of the following clinical education or training programs is required, including but now limited to:Registered Nurse (RN)Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)Medical Assistant ProgramParamedic ProgramEmergency Medical Technician (EMT) programMinimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.Prior experience in a team lead, preceptor, CHW or supervisory role preferred.Join us, and be part of a team that is truly making a difference.
