Administrative AssistantThe primary purpose of your job position is to provide administrative assistance and clerical support in an effort to ensure cost effective operations, optimal lines of communication, and promote effective management of the clinic in the PACE Organization (PO). Provides problem-solving, works independently and assists with ad-hoc special projects. This role supports leadership by coordinating hiring support, credentialing, filing processes, and special projects while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Director and assigned leaders with calendaring, reports, presentations, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning. Plan, implement, and organize daily Executive Director Office operations. Prepare reports, narrative documents, presentation materials, charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and maintain database systems. Coordinate hiring, credentialing, and filing processes; ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Serve as back?up administrative support to ensure uninterrupted operations. Prioritize multiple assignments, manage follow?up on pending matters, and resolve day?to?day operational issues independently. Demonstrate Trinity Health and TH PACE Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors in all interactions. Maintain collaborative relationships with managers, peers, participants, and other stakeholders. Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, Code of Ethics, and Corporate Integrity Program. Participate in required trainings, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. 13 years of progressive administrative or secretarial experience supporting leaders. Strong written, verbal, and/or ASL communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related systems. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage conflict, and adapt to change. Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and organizational agility.
