Job Summary
The Digital Printing Paper Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital imaging paper printing equipment to produce high-quality variable data printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues.
Responsibilities
Operate digital imaging paper laser printers to produce paper printed materials according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of paper printing equipment.
Monitor variable data paper print jobs for quality and accuracy, adjusting as necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve paper printing issues, including jams and malfunctions.
Maintain inventory of paper printing supplies and order replacements as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of paper print jobs.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating paper digital imaging laser paper printers preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with printing software. i.e. Print Shop, Fusion Pro & Adobe
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move printing supplies and equipment.
Standing for extended periods while operating printers.
