AI Technical/Digital Marketer (Phoenix)
This role requires a strong blend of measurement strategy, attribution expertise, marketing technology understanding, analytics, stakeholder management, and execution ownership. Candidates should be able to operate as "technical marketers" who can drive business outcomes1. Measurement & Attribution Expertise (Core of team's solutioning and transforming focus)They should have a knowledge of digital marketing technologies, acquisition measurement and some familiarity with attribution methods.Digital measurement frameworks (conversion tracking, funnel analysis)Attribution methodologies (rule-based, data-driven, MMM basics)Experimentation and incrementality (A/B testing, lift measurement)Understanding of customer acquisition journeys across channels2.
