Lead Technical Program Mgr

Overview As Lead Technical Program Manager, you will plan and deliver highly complex, cross-team programs that impact Disney’s streaming and media technology stack. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations to align plans, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior leadership. You’ll drive governance, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes at scale. This role sits in the Global Program Management team supporting Commerce initiatives for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. You will help shape delivery practices and leverage AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and outcomes, making a measurable impact on a global audience.
