We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative for a client specializing in overhead commercial doors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in construction or overhead doors, and who is motivated to learn new systems and excel in sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (flexible based on experience)
Unlimited commission (5% of margin)
Open to lower base and higher commission structure, no cap

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle for commercial overhead door applications
Handle inbound sales leads and convert them into sales
Provide pricing estimates from various vendors based on customer needs
Prepare estimates, obtain customer deposits, and order products
Conduct cold calls to potential customers in the designated market
Compile lists of prospective customers using different resources
Meet with key clients and prospects, maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals
Follow up on leads via phone and email to qualify leads and sell products and services
Overcome technical and business objections from prospective customers
Provide product demos to qualified customers upon request
Emphasize product features, provide quotes on prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders
Estimate delivery dates for customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare business transaction reports and enter new customer data into the system
Investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries
Requirements:
Background in overhead doors or construction is a must
Strong sales experience, with a hunger to learn and excel
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Familiarity with managing client data and transactions in CRM systems
