We believe you will enjoy your career at Trotter Workforce, and we look forward to building a rewarding future together.Recruiting Manager (This is an On-site role)ResponsibilitiesOversee our company’s internal and external hiring team and processes.Update and implement recruiting department procedures to perform effectively and efficiently.Will lead and manage our recruitment teams to ensure we hire qualified employees to fill current and future opportunities.Will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.Will work closely with the business development and sales team, assuring the client’s needs are achieved.Monitor, track, and report departmental team performance as well as individual performance, making corrective action when and where necessary.Will lead the recruiting team to consistently hit measurable monthly revenue targets as set by finance and the executive team.Will be responsible for posting and managing daily job descriptions in a sequential, organized format within the ATS and Website Career Board.Required to work independently as a recruiter.Be able to quickly assess and identify deficiencies in the recruiting department and be able to swiftly take corrective action. The ideal candidate is a team leader who can make effective decisions quickly.Keep track of recruiting metrics which includes monthly submissions, interviews, time-to-hire, and cost-to-hire for example.Implement new sourcing methods.Research and choose job advertising options.Coach, mentor, and advise recruiters on interviewing techniques.Work alongside our marketing team with recommended ways to improve our employer brand through means of social and other media.Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs while monitoring and following analytical industry trends.Stay up to date on labor legislation, policies, regulations, and inform recruiters and managers about changes.Participate in job fairs and career events.Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other industry partners.Requirements and SkillsProven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, successfully managing recruiting teams.Minimum 5+ years experience in managing a recruiting teamMust be able to work on site Monday-FridayHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.Strong experience working with various job boards.Strong knowledge of HR rules and regulations.Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.Familiarity with social media and other professional media networks.Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.Strong decision-making skills.Customer or sales focused experience.Able to collaborate in both a team-oriented and independent environment.Bachelor’s Degree
