Great Careers!Pay: $23.50 / hourResponsibilitiesAs a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating the forklift to package various products into cartons or shipping cases for customer shipments. You will have the opportunity to make great things happen!Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and rail cars, as well as moving materials to and from storage areas and machines.Safely operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and automated pallet jacks, to transport goods.Stacking materials, maintaining accurate inventory records using tools like RF scanners, and organizing stock for efficient movement and rotation.Performing daily safety checks on the forklift, reporting any defects, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring loads are properly secured.Checking trucking manifests, bills of lading, and documenting the arrival, departure, and movement of goods.Performing quality assurance checks, reporting product damage or shortages, and rotating stock to ensure oldest items are shipped or sold first.In this role, you will play a very important part in our plant and will help ensure that we are giving customers the best products in the industry!
