If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and love seeing tangible results from your leadership, this role is built for you.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects: new studio openings, relocations, brand refreshes.Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and progress-tracking tools (Google Sheets, Fexa, Asana, Siterise).Partner with Facilities & NSO teams to communicate metrics and progress for leadership.Align initiatives with broader goals like membership growth, staffing, and brand standards.Drive change management, process improvements, and rollout of new tools.Anticipate resource needs, flag risks early, and ensure smooth execution.Act as liaison between Operations and cross-functional teams.Mentor others on operational best practices and project management.RequirementsStrong skills in data synthesis and reporting.Ability to manage milestones, optimize processes, and adapt to change.2–5 years of project management experience—preferably with construction, site coordination, or buildouts in retail/fitness/hospitality.Experience in high-growth/startup environments.Familiarity with Asana, Siterise, and/or Fexa.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or related).Willingness to travel up to 25% and work a flexible schedule.Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: starting at $90,000+Bonus eligibility based on performanceMonthly cell phone stipend401k with employer matchHealth, dental & vision insuranceFlexible PTOFree [solidcore] classes…and more!
