The Division of Gastroenterology at WashU Medicine, is seeking a full-time faculty member (Assistant or Associate Professor) with advanced training in interventional endoscopy, with a primary focus on EUS, ERCP, and pancreatic disease. The successful candidate will develop a high-volume interventional endoscopy practice and play an integral role in the multidisciplinary management of patients with complex pancreaticobiliary disorders. Clinical responsibilities include outpatient clinics, inpatient consultation, and advanced endoscopic procedures on the main Washington University Medical Campus at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the Center for Advanced Medicine as well as at regional locations within the greater St. Louis metropolitan area.Required qualifications (prior to start date):MD or equivalent professional medical degreeBoard certified or board eligible in GastroenterologyCompletion of an ACGME-accredited three-year Gastroenterology fellowshipCompletion of a dedicated fourth-year Advanced Endoscopy fellowship with expertise in EUS and ERCPEligible for medical licensure in the State of MissouriWashU Medicine is nationally and internationally recognized for excellence in patient care, biomedical research and medical education.
