This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities: Float across homes and facilitieswithin a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed. Work aMondayFriday schedule, 8:30 AM5:00 PM , with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. Deliverhands-on personal care and activities of daily livingunder the supervision of a registered nurse. Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support. Collaborate with aflexible and supportive CNA team , stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume. Qualifications: ActiveCertified Nurse Aide (CNA)license in the State of Michigan. Reliable transportationto travel between patient locations. Previous CNA experience required;hospice or home care experience preferred . Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a heart for compassionate care.
