The role may expand to offer full time options. In this hybrid role, based in Highland Park, IL, you will have the flexibility to work largely remotely. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, providing tailored legal advice to clients, conducting in-depth legal research, negotiating solutions for complex estate planning scenarios, and staying updated on pertinent laws and regulations.QualificationsStrong foundation in Law, with a focus on Trusts, Estates, and Labor and Employment LawExperience in providing Legal Advice and supporting clients in estate planning mattersProficiency in Research and the ability to analyze and apply legal principles effectivelySkilled in Negotiation to resolve complex estate planning and related legal issuesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license in the state of IllinoisPrior experience in trusts and estates law is requiredDedication to handling client matters with sensitivity and respect
