Holistic Mental Wellness is seeking dynamic candidates for a part-time (10/15hrs a week) remote/telehealth Licensed Certified Social Work Psychotherapist position. We are seeking applicants who are licensed in the state of Massachusetts (can reside in alternative state), with demonstrated experience providing culturally competent behavioral health care to a diverse adult population that includes LGBTQ individuals, people of color, individuals with substance use issues, survivors of abuse, survivors of community violence, medically complex and vulnerable individuals, young adults, older adults. Requirements: Massachusetts LCSW required Individual liability insurance prior to start date required Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred Proficiency in mental health assessment/evaluation is required Experience with LGBTQ issues, HIV, and trauma, preferred Experience with substance use disorders, short-term interventions, and group work is preferred Knowledge of evidence based treatment modalities, and appreciation of their effectiveness required Ability to provide remote based client care in an optimal setting that ensures: Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum of 25Mbps per household member required Consistent access to a quiet, private area (room or office) for conducting private Telehealth client care, and private client care based communication free from interruptions required Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner, and maintain up to date client care documentation required Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations: Sit at a computer station for extended periods of time Ability to type on keyboard for extended periods of time Benefits: All clinicians are hired as fee-for-service 1099 contract employees of Holistic Mental Wellness LLC Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: Master's (Required) License/Certification: Licensed Certified Social Worker in MA (Required) Location: Massachusetts (Required) Work Location: Remote
