CNC Operator - 3rd Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator (3rd Shift) for a growing manufacturing company in the Brainerd area. Requirements for the CNC Machine Operator * Previous CNC experience required * Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work orders * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight hours * Manufacturing, woodworking, or powder coating experience is a plus CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities * Operate and monitor CNC machines to meet production goals * Load and unload materials and finished products * Perform routine quality checks and measurements * Make minor machine adjustments as needed * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly Schedule & Pay for the CNC Machine Operator * Full-time, Monday–Friday * 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM * $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience * Additional 10% shift differential for 3rd shift * Overtime opportunities available, with extended hours from 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM as needed * Stable, year-round position This CNC Machine Operator role offers a quieter overnight work environment and consistent hours for those who prefer working nights.
