Maintenance Account ManagerPosition SummaryThe Maintenance Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance, while also identifying opportunities for growth through enhancements and additional services.This position requires a balance of relationship management and field operations oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison for assigned client accountsBuild strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retentionCommunicate regularly with clients to address needs, concerns, and expectationsLead contract renewals and maintain service agreementsOperationsConduct regular site visits and property inspectionsEnsure quality standards are consistently metPartner with Production and Operations teams for efficient executionManage punch lists, service schedules, and contract complianceFinancial & Business ManagementManage budgets, job costs, and gross marginsTrack labor, materials, and production performanceReview budget vs. actual reports and identify improvementsPrepare and present estimates for maintenance and enhancement projectsRevenue Growth & SalesIdentify upsell opportunities (enhancements, irrigation, additional services)Develop and present proposals to clientsSupport business growth through account expansionLeadership & Team SupportCollaborate with Production Managers and field teamsProvide guidance, accountability, and performance feedbackPromote teamwork and a positive cultureAssist with employee relations and operational challengesAdministrative & ComplianceMaintain accurate job files, contracts, and customer recordsUtilize systems such as Aspire for reporting and trackingEnsure compliance with company procedures and documentation standardsQualificationsExperience in account management, operations, or sales (landscape/service industry preferred)Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, and financial performanceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Aspire experience is a plus)Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesLeadership mindset with strong interpersonal skillsValid driver license requiredAbility to travel locally for site visits and meetingsWork Environment & ExpectationsCombination of field and office workAbility to work outdoors and perform site inspectionsFast-paced, client-focused environmentImportant Hiring RequirementDrug-free workplaceMust pass a pre-employment drug screeningWhat We OfferBase salary + commissionCompany vehiclePaid time off (PTO)Health, dental, and vision insurance
