Position Summary
The Client Manager is a key member of the SafeSeniors team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with families seeking senior living solutions. This role involves assessing client needs, educating families on available care options, coordinating community tours, and providing ongoing support throughout the placement process. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families throughout the senior placement journey
Conduct detailed discovery calls and assessments to understand client needs, preferences, and financial considerations
Provide expert guidance on various levels of care, including assisted living, memory care, board and care homes, and home care services
Research and recommend appropriate senior living communities that align with client needs
Schedule and coordinate tours with partner communities; follow up with clients and providers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and case progress in CRM system
Foster strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and senior living communities
Stay informed on industry trends, licensing updates, and care options to serve as a knowledgeable resource
Ensure a compassionate, ethical, and family-centered approach in all interactions
Track outcomes and follow up post-placement to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in senior care, case management, healthcare, or client services preferred
Knowledge of senior living options and levels of care (assisted living, memory care, etc.) is highly desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Empathy, patience, and professionalism in working with families during difficult transitions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small, mission-driven team
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools
Bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin) is a plus
