Injection Molding Production Team Lead

Your impact Lead daily output: Direct line workers, machine operators, and material techs to meet schedule commitments. Raise the bar on quality: Collaborate with Quality and processing techs to meet company and customer specs. Develop people: Train on role expectations, safety best practices, and company policy. Protect uptime: Verify proper operation, coordinate preventive maintenance, and expedite repairs. Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or GED. 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; plastics processing experience preferred (injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming). Strong leadership, organization, analysis, and problem-solving. Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable with changing priorities. Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
