Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Project Manager should have:
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the property and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
