Position OverviewTekPro is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and placing talent within manufacturing environments—particularly precision machining. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels at building relationships with both candidates and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and clientsSource candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referralsIdentify and engage skilled professionals in manufacturing, from executive to trade level.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and technical fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsDevelop strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations, especially within precision machining environmentsProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processNegotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processesQualifications1–3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required*Ability to manage 10-20 job requisitions at once, with a high fill rateRequired: Experience recruiting for manufacturing, particularly within precision machining Preferred: Working knowledge of automation, weld/fab, stamping, casting, cold heading, food processing, packaging, printing, electro-mechanical assemblies, plastics, chemicals, pulp/paper, power, and steel processingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetMinimum expectation: 30 direct placements in year 1 Goal: 50+ direct placementsWhat TekPro OffersWe offer competitive base salaries plus high commission/bonus structuresCommission accelerators and equity incentives for top performersThe chance to get in early with a high-growth company that rewards elite performanceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, and 401k)Collaborative and team-oriented culture
