Tax Accounting Manager30 hours a week5 days onsite, with flexibility and a reduced work scheduleDirect HireCompensation: $70-130K (DOE & CPA)Responsibilities:• Review monthly financial reports for your group of clients and periodically meet with clients• Supervise bookkeepers in monthly production• Prepare tax returns and estimates• Provide tax planning and advice• Attend and administer Initial Strategy sessions with new clients and manage implementationsRequirements:• Good working knowledge of financial statements and QuickBooks Online• Evidence of supervisory ability• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Accounting emphasis is helpful, but not required)• Comfortable working with small business owners• Enrolled Agent or CPA helpful
