Behavioral Framework is seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Field Support BCBA.

What You’ll Do
As a Field Support BCBA, you will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence across our home based ABA programs by providing direct support to clinicians, technicians, and families. Responsibilities include:
Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians through in‑home field support
Provide parent training and ongoing clinical supervision
Conduct assessments including VB MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS
Analyze client progress data and recommend treatment adjustments
Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure clinical best practices
Partner with families to promote meaningful, lasting outcomes
Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams
Travel throughout the region to provide hands‑on support within client homes
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Must reside in Maryland and hold an active Maryland BCBA license
Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships with families, clinicians, and Behavior Technicians
Passion for delivering high quality, family‑centered ABA services
