SUMMARYThe responsibilities of the Valu Check Cashier is to scan the customer's selections, ensure that the prices and quantities are accurate, accept payment, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions and item location. Cashiers also respond to complaints with genuine concern, assist the Customer Service Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while working in a safe mannerESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDelivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfactionLearns and uses the GUEST programGreet Customers.
