Details Short-term acute care hospital environment, Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital with 733 staffed beds ICU setting with a patient ratio of 1:2-3 Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) Every other weekend required Floating within scope required, including to sister campuses depending on assignment No on-call requirements Charting via Epic (experience required) Requirements Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand — pending licenses not accepted Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required Epic EMR experience required Must pass an EKG exam — no exceptions SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the main campus to be eligible for this position First-time travelers are generally not preferred; consideration may be granted at the manager's discretion based on years of experience Pre-start orientation modules required (approximately 4–10 hours) Royal blue and white scrubs required RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a general maximum of 4 days; only 1 holiday request can be approved Travelers who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning Travelers on night shift may extend up to twice before being required to leave for a minimum of 6 months prior to returning American Traveler Job ID P-676448.
